How It Works
Participation is optional (but highly encouraged) and super easy. All you do is count and number all of your classes from your very first day here at FCF.
All classes taken and recorded under our roof count towards the WOD Club, including our On-Ramp Programs !
Show us your journal when you reach the next milestone: 50, 150, 300, 500, 750, or 1,000 workouts! We will take review your journal to verify, take a photo, and reward you with a prize!
Past milestones do not count towards your first reward.
